Innoscience’s new SolidGaN ISG624x series integrates a half-bridge gate driver, two 700V GaN power FETs, and a bootstrap diode into a single EN‑SOP15 package. Designed specifically for 220V variable-frequency appliance motor drives, the IC shrinks PCB area by 30–50% while simplifying thermal and EMI management.

The family includes five pin‑compatible models covering 1.2A to 11A, suiting motor drives from 30W to 500W.
